- Turn airplane mode on and off
Wait 10 seconds before turning it off again. The phone then reconnects to the network.
- Restart your phone
A full restart fixes most "No service" and "SOS only" problems.
- Use Wi-Fi calling
If you have Wi-Fi but no signal, turn on Wi-Fi calling in your phone settings to call and text.
- Check your SIM or eSIM
Make sure the line is turned on and mobile data is on for it. Take out a physical SIM and put it back.
- Update carrier settings
Install system updates. On iPhone, a carrier settings update appears in Settings > General > About.
