Frustrated_customer - There is absolutely an outage. No internet for over 24 hours now with no update from WhiteSky. No access to WhiteSky support. Metro DC area-Chevy Chase,MD. Building management says it’s “supposedly” a widespread issue. WhiteSky customer service and service overall is atrocious.
