2 years Today - Dec-21-2023 Questrade Edge Desktop platform crapped out. It took 30+ minute on hold and on chat for me to get someone who was able to talk about the situation. I had a short position in INTC and I wanted to cover in profit but the COVER MARKET ORDER got in PENDING status. Software did not allow me to cancel the order and my account started to bleed. Questrade representative told me that they are have issues with an Order Gateway and many traders are having the same issue. He told me that Questrade is not responsible for software technical issues and they are not able to do anything about it. Their technical team is working on it and they don't know when they are able to fix this issue. He also mentioned that Questrade is not responsible and will not refund any lost money due to the software glitch. Learn from my experience.
