4 days I have been with Green Dot for years. They have had an app issue where you cannot login or transfer your money. This issue has been going on for almost a full week and now I am being charged overdraft fees after speaking to several supervisors they’re stating that these fees will remain on my account. It will not be reversed because they’ve already done this once in the past apparently you can only have one overdraft fee reversal as a courtesy, and after that their system will not allow Them to reverse the fees, even if it is their fault that the fees are assessed I will be removing my information from this bank and closing my account and I will do the same if anyone is filing any class action lawsuits against this company for any issues that they are experiencing at the January 2025 please leave The information here I have a case that I can add to assist you in going after them (Akron, United States)
