Austin, United States • 1 years agoI've been talking to your agents since 6:00 PM (or so) Central Time. It started with a chat with Kimberly, who advised me to try something, and then reopen the chat - failing to tell me the chat availability would no longer be available 4 minutes later. Then calling on a second phone to again report my phone could not dial or receive calls, Latania, had me try other things, telling me to call back in 30 minutes if it didn't work. It didn't. Then, Phylis, the next agent I spoke to on the phone sounded like she had the answer, and as soon as she said that, the call dropped and the second phone wouldn't get service! So, as I write this, we have no phone use on two phones!
