Every Single Day, Spectrum suffers an outage in Reno/Sparks! Every Day! I’m paying over $100 per month for a Gaming System, and I receive outages galore! And when one looks at the Outage Report, Spectrum acts as though everything is just fine! What a Damn Lie!

Use Check Outages in the My Spectrum app or on Spectrum.net, and turn on outage alerts in the app's notification settings.
- Restart from the app
In My Spectrum, open Services. If equipment shows Connection Issue, tap it and restart it.
- Coax: modem first
Unplug the modem and router for a minute or two, plug in the modem first, then the router, and wait for the lights.
- Fiber: do not touch the modem
Spectrum fiber customers should not unplug cables at the back of the fiber modem.
