I’ve tried making my “quick pay” monthly payment for over a week now. It’s now deemed past due because it has sat pending and processing for over a week. I log on today to finally see its received just to find out apparently the quick pay didn’t pay towards one of the loans so now there’s still an amount past due. It’s beyond frustrating at this point.

I am unable to log in to my account. Tried resetting my password. Still does not work. Also tried calling the number 855-337-6884 I found online but was not connected to a customer service representative. Was connected to a person saying I can receive a free medical device. I just hung up.

How is this legal? Im on hold now and was told that I have to wait 164 minutes to reach someone, I cannot access my account online. What the eff is this nonsense???? I'm reporting to cnn, msnbc, someone. This is ridiculous!!!
