I have been with Green Dot for years. They have had an app issue where you cannot login or transfer your money. This issue has been going on for almost a full week and now I am being charged overdraft fees after speaking to several supervisors they’re stating that these fees will remain on my account. It will not be reversed because they’ve already done this once in the past apparently you can only have one overdraft fee reversal as a courtesy, and after that their system will not allow Them to reverse the fees, even if it is their fault that the fees are assessed I will be removing my information from this bank and closing my account and I will do the same if anyone is filing any class action lawsuits against this company for any issues that they are experiencing at the January 2025 please leave The information here I have a case that I can add to assist you in going after them

And told me they would send it over to IT. And that IT would contact me in 48 hours business days. Later the same day . I was able to login but I couldn’t unstash my money. I received an email that same day stating . We see you were able to login in . If you need any more help call the number on the back of the card. My issue was never resolved. And I still can access my card
