Keeps saying oops

Annandale, United States • 1 years agoI haven’t been able to process a ticket purchase. And the customer service center is horrible. They keep hanging up on me. They can’t explain the problem or answer the question if others are having the same problem so they just hang up on me. I tried three separate bank account cards and each time I get an error code saying my bank has declined to authorize. My main bank account will send me a text message asking if it is me if they think something is fraudulent. I haven’t received a text message. I tried another bank card and a credit card from another bank and every card gets the same error code. They said I need to resolve it with my bank but it is NoT a bank issue it is a Grey hound issue! Mean while the ticket price has been steadily going up every single minute!!!
