San Marcos, United States of America • 1 years agoI have been doing an order for the past HOUR AND 20 MINUTES. I had completed my order fine and when I was about to check out the app froze. It wouldn’t let me proceed for checking out. I had no way of reaching the customer or the codes to check out or their address to deliver the order. I then reached out to customer service for 30 minutes and have had NO HELP. This not only coasted the store loads of money and time to put the cart back but costed me at MINIMUM $40 with the time I’ve spent and the money from the customer.
I am still in the store sitting by my cart full of over 60 items of groceries to try and reach help.
I’ve lost money for my time and effort and have been wronged for this

I hit place my order. Then on the next screen it is staying on saying Placing Order. With green and white icons repeating over and over. I did this 2 times and after 10 minutes of nothing happening
I had to restart my phone because I could not get out of it.
