Is it just me?
If others are not reporting problems, try these steps first.
- Check the platform
If PlayStation Network, Xbox network, Steam or Nintendo Switch Online is down, online games on it fail too.
- Update the game
After a patch, old versions usually cannot join servers. Check the console, launcher or app store.
- Note the error code
Look it up on the game's official support site. Connection or server codes usually mean the problem is not on your side.
- Repair the game files
On PC, use "Verify" or "Repair" in Steam, Epic Games, Battle.net or the EA app.
- Use a wired connection
Turn off any VPN, plug in a network cable or restart your router to fix lag and disconnects.
How we decide the status
The status comes from user reports, compared with what is normal for this time of day.
-
No problems
Reports are within the usual range for this time of day, or there are only a few of them.
-
Possible problems
In the last hour there were at least 4 reports and more than the top of the usual range.
-
Problems detected
In the last hour there were at least 10 reports and at least twice the top of the usual range.
The usual range comes from the same time of day over the last 4 weeks. Each report is counted once per person per 30 minutes. The status is based on what users report; it is not official information from the service. Where the service has an official status page, we show what it says beside the status, refreshed every 10 to 30 minutes. We update the status on every page view. Our methodology

How does IsDownUS decide if MARVEL Future Fight is down?
We count problem reports from users in 15-minute intervals and compare the last hour with what is normal for that time of day over the last 4 weeks. A small rise shows "Possible problems". Many more reports than normal show "Problems detected". The status is based on user reports (and, for websites, our own checks) and is not official information from MARVEL Future Fight. Where MARVEL Future Fight has an official status page, we show what it says next to our status.
