Thiruvananthapuram, India • 10 months agoHi. I paid for the annual subscrition from Feb 17, 2024 to Feb 17, 2025. However, it is not reflecting under Membership and I am unable to access the classes. I have the payment receipt from Skillshare for the same. I contacted Skillshare customer support by sending an email to help@skillshare.com and submitting a ticket on their website; but no response!
