But it said it could not complete it, yet I see a pending hold on my account. I confirmed with the recipient that they have not received. Just sent again and the same thing. So I have pending Zelle transactions showing but still not received on the other end.

My boss pays me through zelle as a direct deposit substitute since we are a small shop. But it takes minutes for me to receive my paycheck and I haven’t received anything.
