I cannot get through to a family member in Santa Fe. I get a mechanical issue type of busy signal when I call. It's not a normal busy signal. No one at Century Link can or will help me determine if her phone is down so that I can request repair services for her. She doesn't have a cell phone or internet to report an outage herself. Century Link provides crap customer service.
