Moab, United States • 2 months agoFor the last 3hrs starting at 2350MST I have had most no service. I get about 65% packet loss when pinging Emery gateway and 75%+ packet loss when pinging Google DNS. 90% packet loss when pinging Emery DHCP server. Now I get less then 50% of my package speed on a speed test. 254Mbps download and 0.28Mbps upload. This is the 3nd extended outage in less than 2 weeks. I'm getting ready for another FCC report. I haven't gotten the package speeds I have paid for in months, it's a good thing I have 2 connections or I would be out of service regularly... And people give RCW a bad time..
