Kept calling Hotwire number was put on hold every single time for more than 30 minutes this went on until 1:00 a.m. five f****** hours calling now they leave a recorded message when I pick up saying that your condo complex has an outage and will get back to you as soon as it's up. No s*** Sherlock took you that long to put a message up instead of answering and talking to your customer thank God I'm on the board with directors and we are getting rid of this s*** and going back to Comcast too many outages too many people complaining that their remote unpairs every single day
