Honolulu, United States of America • 1 years agoI reported to Hawaiian-Tel regarding my fiber internet going down. The outage was reported on 7/19/2023 around 10:26pm HST. According to the Hawaiian Tel CSR, there was a Hawaiian-Tel crew already sent to check on the problem. It’s been almost 5 hours now, since I opened the ticket, and I still don’t have internet access from my modem due to whatever the problem is.

A business in Hilo calls repeatedly and they conveyed to us our phone is not answering their call.
We both have landlines, our phone does not ring at all. They have stated this has happened to them on occasion when they call other numbers as well. This issue, as far as we know, has only happened with them as we do receive other calls.
