Apart from the generic troubleshooting they've sent ( didnt solve the problem of a fixed screen with hayu written in centre of screen, and nothing else), they have not been able to help or provide any further solution.
There's no one to talk to as no phone number.
Twitter replies not 24/7 as claimed.
Email replies comes whenever it soothes them.
All replies ( if you get one) recycles the same generic messages.

Geelong, Australia • 1 years agoExtremely slow to open app on my TV. When it eventually opens I am unable to watch anything as it’s asking me to ‘finish signing up’ but it’s already logged into my account. If I click on ‘finish signing up’ it then brings up an error.
It does not give an option to log out and back in.
I go to the website and login to my account and before I can even put my password it it automatically erases my email address. So I am also unable to login there.
There is always something wrong with Hulu. Episodes not working, logs you out automatically, extremely slow, charging double every month, the list goes on.
I honestly don’t know how they are still going. By far the worst app and streaming service around.

Installed the app, signed up for the 7day free trial and the picked my plan and hit subscribe. I was happy to see all that I could watch but later tried to re-enter my app with no results but a quick flash of the screen. Googled the problem and followed instructions I had found . After deleting app , shutting down phone and then opened the app back up through the App Store only to be asked to sign up again for the 7 day free trial and the told that I can’t do that due to the email address I was entering already exsists. Tried again just to make sure with no avail. I even have the email that was sent to me from Hayu and tried to sign in that way with no avail. So very frustrated and disappointed to say the least.
