Phoenix, United States • 11 months agoI live in Central Arizona and my internet has been down for 2 months. Have called Speedconnect and VuMe Wireless and no one returns calls. Have sent in emails and even letters will my bill which I’m not paying cause I have not had internet. Still no reply back.

Louisville, United States • 1 years agoI have speedconnect now VuMe wireless. I have had no service several weeks. Called sent to voice mail no one gets back to you. I have sent a letter but probably won’t do any good. This will probably not end nicely

Southfield, United States • 1 years agoStill no internet. Some company called VuMe is taking over TPT Speedconnect. I have called twice today. They say tech support is unavailable but they will send the message right over and someone will call me back. Called at 8:41 am and again at 2:03 pm. No one has called back. Not a good start if they are taking over TPT Speedconnect customers.

Can't Confirm but have heard they closed their physical store and they are not responding to customers at all If they indeed went bankrupt not dealing with customers and taking money for service people are not receiving 10 on your side time?
