Brandon, United States • 1 years agoWe recently terminated our service with HughesNet after having to file a complaint with the FCC to do so. (DSS8821669) On today, a technician came, supposedly as a courtesy, to uninstall the dish and to retrieve the modem. He did so, but we have not been able to use our home phone service, the internet or features on our TV since he left, all which are powered by our current provider--TVI Fiber-- were working up to 10 minutes before the technician came and have not worked since he left. We called HughesNet to report it, but they gave us a different number (Brad's Electronics 662-488-4863) which is either not working or simply not being answered and leaves no option for leaving a message. Because of this, we have missed several calls from medical providers, the home oxygen service and monitoring providers. We need our phone and internet service back ASAP! More than likely, the HughesNet technician did something when he was uninstalling the dish today because we have had no issues beforehand, but since we cannot reach them, we are trying to cover all bases. TVI Fiber has made life much easier for all of us in this area, especially since cell service is not the best. Now we are without a home phone and the internet. We really need our services, and appreciate any assistance you may be able to provide.

Struggling to download, upload, keep connection on internet and mobile devices all day. Seriously irritated. We don’t pay for the service to be down, and we don’t get compensation when it is down. Should have had Google fiber come in!

Our internet is non existent. Our phones and tv can’t seem to find it. We’ve reset it and unplugged it then plugged it back in
