I'm on hold w/Hulu right now, for 25 min's waiting for someone to help. This freeze issue happened exactly 1month ago, I was on the phone w/the Hulu agent for an hour & a half trying to get it fixed. Not happy about this, nor the recent price increase.

It kept telling me the pin number I was entering was wrong so I went into our settings to see if the pin had been messed with. It wasn't, but I changed the pin number anyway and tried again. It was still telling me the pin number was wrong so I went back into settings and disabled it completely. I now get an error message saying the website encountered an error while switching profiles and to try again. None of the profiles will load.

Secondly, the video and audio won’t always sync together. Lastly, the video sometimes gets stuck on an ad but the caption and audio keeps moving
