This has been going on since the end of August and it’s happening to a whole lot of very pissed off people. Apparently the tv app change messed something up and you can’t even load it. I’d say this kind of thing makes me miss cable days except Disney just screwed that up for us Spectrum customers & pulled the plug on ESPN during the US Open. I was watching Amazon Prime and it started lagging with the cc. Then it wouldn't Pause, Rewind, FF, unable to change volume, unable to exit the video, etc. Almost as if the remote control was the problem. (But it wasn't the remote.)

So I powered off my Samsung TV and when I powered it back on, it wanted me to download the Amazon Prime app. "Unable to download." Apparently there isn't enough space available. I have YouTube, Netflix and the e-manuel... How can there not be enough space for an app that was installed and working fine only minutes prior?

Can't watch anything, this morning it said "not able to go to home screen, go to settings and restart"; since then only have a black screen with "amazon" or a blue one saying "no signal". I disconnected and plugged back, but still the same.
