No one’s answering the customer service line, just get a busy signal every time I try, which was 8 times. It’s been 2 and a half hours. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I've been in customer for almost 30 years... I have never lost internet service this long... I've never had an issue until your people came and set up new equipment on every single TV in my house and then the very next day my power has been out... If you cannot give me a time when this is going to be restored, you can come and pick up your equipment and I will go with
another cable company because this is absolutely unacceptable
