Press and outage data
Writing about an outage? You can use what our status pages show, with credit. We can also help with numbers for a specific outage.

- 8country sites
- 2022collecting reports since
What data we have
- Reports over timeProblem reports per hour for the last 24 hours and 7 days, with the usual range for each hour.
- What is failingThe share of reports for each problem, such as login, app, website or payments.
- WhereApproximate locations of reports by region and city. Small numbers are hidden.
- Website checksFor websites, whether our own checks could load the site and how fast it answered.
The recently down page lists the services with the most reports right now.
How to read the numbers
- Compare the count with the usual range shown on the page. A rise from 2 to 40 reports an hour can mean more than a steady 200.
- Reports show that people are having trouble, not why. They do not confirm the cause. Check the company's own status page or statement.
- Times on the pages are shown in the reader's time zone. Say which time zone you use when you quote a time.
- Each country site has its own reports. Numbers from different sites are not added together.

Screenshots and charts
You may use screenshots of our status pages, charts and maps in articles, reports and broadcasts, with credit. Please do not crop out the date or present the numbers as official figures from the company.
How to credit us
Name the site and, online, link to the status page you used:
For example: "More than 3,000 people reported problems with the service within an hour, according to IsDownUS."
Ask for data
For numbers about a specific outage, such as peak reports, when it started and ended or the most affected regions, send us the service, the date and your deadline through the contact form with the topic "Press or data request". We answer press requests first.
We share counts and charts, never personal data about the people who sent reports or comments.
