About this page
When your phone shows no signal or SOS only, calls fail or mobile data stops, check whether other people on your carrier report the same. Reports from many places at once point to a network outage; reports from one area point to a local tower problem. If nobody else reports problems, restart your phone or turn airplane mode on and off before calling your carrier.
Frequently asked questions
Are mobile carriers down right now?
There is no widespread outage right now. Check the service you use above: if nobody else reports problems, the issue is probably on your side.
Which mobile carriers had the most outages recently?
We did not detect any outages for mobile carriers in the last 30 days.
How do you know a service is down?
People report problems on each service page. We compare the reports in the last hour with the usual number for that time of day; an outage is when there are many more reports than usual, from many different people.
