How we decide the status
The status comes from user reports, compared with what is normal for this time of day.
-
No problems
Reports are within the usual range for this time of day, or there are only a few of them.
-
Possible problems
In the last hour there were at least 4 reports and more than the top of the usual range.
-
Problems detected
In the last hour there were at least 10 reports and at least twice the top of the usual range.
The usual range comes from the same time of day over the last 4 weeks. Each report is counted once per person per 30 minutes. The status is based on what users report; it is not official information from the service. Where the service has an official status page, we show what it says beside the status, refreshed every 10 to 30 minutes. We update the status on every page view. Our methodology

Cookie Jam status FAQ
Quick answers about Cookie Jam outages.
Is Cookie Jam down right now?
No. Right now there are no widespread problems with Cookie Jam. If it is not working for you, the problem is probably on your side. See "Is it just me?" above.
Why isn't Cookie Jam working for me?
Most problems are local. Restart the app or device, check your internet connection, and make sure the app is up to date. If many other people are reporting the same problem, Cookie Jam itself is probably having an outage and you need to wait.
How do I report a problem with Cookie Jam?
Use the "I have a problem" button at the top of this page and pick what is not working. Reports are anonymous. They help other people see right away if Cookie Jam is down for everyone.
How does IsDownUS decide if Cookie Jam is down?
We count problem reports from users in 15-minute intervals and compare the last hour with what is normal for that time of day over the last 4 weeks. A small rise shows "Possible problems". Many more reports than normal show "Problems detected". The status is based on user reports (and, for websites, our own checks) and is not official information from Cookie Jam. Where Cookie Jam has an official status page, we show what it says next to our status.
