About Spectrum Mobile
Spectrum Mobile is Charter Spectrum's cell phone service for Spectrum Internet customers, running on Verizon's network and Spectrum WiFi hotspots. Customers manage lines, data and payments in the My Spectrum app and on the Spectrum website. Problems usually show up as no signal, mobile data or calls not working, or texts that do not send, and Spectrum shows known outages in the My Spectrum app.

No. Right now there are no widespread problems with Spectrum Mobile. If it is not working for you, the problem is probably on your side. See "Is it just me?" above.
Why isn't Spectrum Mobile working for me?
Most problems are local. Restart the app or device, check your internet connection, and make sure the app is up to date. If many other people are reporting the same problem, Spectrum Mobile itself is probably having an outage and you need to wait.
