About Xfinity Mobile
Xfinity Mobile is Comcast's cell phone service for Xfinity customers, running on Verizon's network and Xfinity WiFi hotspots. Customers manage lines, data and payments in the Xfinity app and on the Xfinity website. Problems usually show up as no signal, mobile data or calls not working, or texts that do not send, and Xfinity shows outage information in its app.
