Is it just me?
If others are not reporting problems, try these steps first.
- Free up storage if export stops at 99%
At 99% the video is usually rendered but cannot be saved. Free up storage, check file permissions or choose another save location.
- Check the first clips if stuck at 1%
An export stuck at 1% fails early in rendering, often from a damaged clip at the start of the timeline or too little storage.
- Lower resolution or frame rate
Large projects with high-resolution clips often fail to export. Lower the resolution or frame rate in the export menu and try again.

CapCut status FAQ
Quick answers about CapCut outages.
Is CapCut down right now?
No. Right now there are no widespread problems with CapCut. If it is not working for you, the problem is probably on your side. See "Is it just me?" above.
Why isn't CapCut working for me?
Most problems are local. Restart the app or device, check your internet connection, and make sure the app is up to date. If many other people are reporting the same problem, CapCut itself is probably having an outage and you need to wait.
How do I report a problem with CapCut?
Use the "I have a problem" button at the top of this page and pick what is not working. Reports are anonymous. They help other people see right away if CapCut is down for everyone.
How does IsDownUS decide if CapCut is down?
We count problem reports from users every 15 minutes and compare the last hour with what is normal for that time of day over the past week. A small rise shows "Possible problems". Many more reports than normal show "Problems detected". The status is based on user reports only and is not official information from CapCut.
Why is my CapCut export stuck at 99%?
The video has usually finished rendering, but CapCut cannot save it. This is often low storage, a damaged media file in the project or a permission problem. Free up space or change the save location.
