About Gopuff
Gopuff delivers snacks, drinks, groceries, alcohol and household items from its own local warehouses, often in under half an hour. People order in the Gopuff app on iPhone and Android and on its website, with a paid membership for free delivery. Problems usually show up as orders that fail at checkout, deliveries that are late or the app not loading.

Is Gopuff down right now?
No. Right now there are no widespread problems with Gopuff. If it is not working for you, the problem is probably on your side. See "Is it just me?" above.
Why isn't Gopuff working for me?
Most problems are local. Restart the app or device, check your internet connection, and make sure the app is up to date. If many other people are reporting the same problem, Gopuff itself is probably having an outage and you need to wait.
How do I report a problem with Gopuff?
Use the "I have a problem" button at the top of this page and pick what is not working. Reports are anonymous. They help other people see right away if Gopuff is down for everyone.
