1. Cancel a queued generation and retry

Hover over a Queued tile in Assets and click Cancel in the top-right corner. Credits come back at once; then retry.

2. Refresh and complete the captcha

If a generation sits in Queued and does not move, refresh the page, complete the captcha and try again.

3. Let Processing jobs finish or fail

Once a generation is Processing it may not be cancellable. Give it time; if it fails, the credits return automatically.

4. Check refunds in Manage Account, Usage

Every charge and refund is listed under Manage Account, Usage, so you can confirm failed generations were refunded.
