- Try another device on a timeout
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT means your browser could not reach Leonardo in time. Open the web app on another device to see if only one device is affected.
- Switch networks if the page times out
Busy public Wi-Fi, like in malls and airports, often causes timeouts. Run a speed test and switch to another network.
