How we decide the status
The status comes from user reports, compared with what is normal for this time of day.
-
No problems
Reports are within the usual range for this time of day, or there are only a few of them.
-
Possible problems
In the last hour there were at least 4 reports and more than the top of the usual range.
-
Problems detected
In the last hour there were at least 10 reports and at least twice the top of the usual range.
The usual range comes from the same time of day over the last 4 weeks. Each report is counted once per person per 30 minutes. The status is based on what users report; it is not official information from the service. We update it on every page view. For manus.im we also run our own automated checks: if two checks in a row fail, the page shows problems even without reports. Our methodology
About Manus
Manus is an AI agent that carries out multi-step tasks on its own, such as web research, building files, slides and simple websites. People give it tasks in a browser or in its mobile apps and watch it work in its own virtual computer, using credits from a plan. Problems usually show up as tasks that stall, fail partway or wait in a queue.
Manus status FAQ
Quick answers about Manus outages.
Is Manus down right now?
No. Right now there are no widespread problems with Manus. If it is not working for you, the problem is probably on your side. See "Is it just me?" above.
Why isn't Manus working for me?
Most problems are local. Restart the app or device, check your internet connection, and make sure the app is up to date. If many other people are reporting the same problem, Manus itself is probably having an outage and you need to wait.
How do I report a problem with Manus?
Use the "I have a problem" button at the top of this page and pick what is not working. Reports are anonymous. They help other people see right away if Manus is down for everyone.
How does IsDownUS decide if Manus is down?
We count problem reports from users every 15 minutes and compare the last hour with what is normal for that time of day over the past week. A small rise shows "Possible problems". Many more reports than normal show "Problems detected". The status is based on user reports only and is not official information from Manus.
What does Manus error 10091 High Load Termination mean?
Manus has too many users at the moment and stopped your task. The safest choice is to end the task and get its credits refunded. If you want to keep going, wait a while before asking Manus to continue.

Will Manus refund my credits if a task fails?
Yes, if the failure was caused by a Manus bug or platform problem. Failures from unclear instructions or third-party websites and APIs are not refunded. Share the task link when you ask.
