- Log in with Discord if you used it before
If you made images before August 2024, log in with Discord first to keep your old gallery. Logging in with Google and subscribing creates a separate account.
- Check the Discord username before authorizing
When logging in with Discord, make sure the right username shows at the top of the popup. An email not linked to Discord starts a new account.
- Use /info to see queued and running jobs
Type /info in Discord to see your queued and running jobs, plan and renewal date. Only you can see the panel.
- Fix a paused plan on Manage Subscription
If your plan is paused after a failed payment, update your card with Edit Billing on the Manage Subscription page while logged in.

Midjourney is an AI image and video generator used by artists, designers and hobbyists. People create and browse images on the Midjourney website and through its bot on Discord, and generation time comes from a paid subscription plan. When it has problems, users usually see jobs stuck in the queue, failed renders or trouble signing in with a Discord or Google account.

No. Right now there are no widespread problems with Midjourney. If it is not working for you, the problem is probably on your side. See "Is it just me?" above.
Why isn't Midjourney working for me?
Most problems are local. Restart the app or device, check your internet connection, and make sure the app is up to date. If many other people are reporting the same problem, Midjourney itself is probably having an outage and you need to wait.
How do I report a problem with Midjourney?
Use the "I have a problem" button at the top of this page and pick what is not working. Reports are anonymous. They help other people see right away if Midjourney is down for everyone.
How does IsDownUS decide if Midjourney is down?
We count problem reports from users every 15 minutes and compare the last hour with what is normal for that time of day over the past week. A small rise shows "Possible problems". Many more reports than normal show "Problems detected". The status is based on user reports only and is not official information from Midjourney.
Why can't I see my old Midjourney images?
You probably logged in with a different method than the one you first used. Accounts made before August 2024 use Discord, so log in with Discord to see your old images, then add Google in Account Settings.

Why can't I link my Discord and Google Midjourney accounts?
If one account has a subscription and the other already has images, they cannot be linked, because each has its own gallery. Log in with the account that has the images you want.
