1. Keep each source under the size limit

   Each source can hold up to 500,000 words, or 200MB for uploaded files. Split bigger files before adding them.

2. Use public YouTube videos with captions

   Only public YouTube videos with captions can be added, and only their transcript is imported.

3. Check your access to Google Drive files

   You need at least view access to import a Drive file. If you lose access or the file is deleted, that source stops working.

4. Give Audio Overview a couple of minutes

   Audio Overviews generate in the background and can take a couple of minutes. You need edit access to the notebook to create one.
