- Remove artist names from your prompt
Suno may block a song from generating if the prompt or lyrics include famous artists' names, trademarked terms, slurs or heavy profanity.
- Find new songs in your Library
New songs are Link Only by default, so they do not show on your public profile. Look in your Library or in the Create page workspace.
- Download WAV files on the website
WAV downloads are only for Pro and Premier plans and only work on the Suno website, not in the mobile app.

Suno is an AI music generator that writes full songs with vocals and instruments from a text prompt or lyrics. People make and share songs on the Suno website and in its mobile apps, using credits from a free or paid plan. When it has problems, users usually see songs stuck generating, failed downloads or trouble signing in.

Is Suno down right now?
No. Right now there are no widespread problems with Suno. If it is not working for you, the problem is probably on your side. See "Is it just me?" above.
Why isn't Suno working for me?
Most problems are local. Restart the app or device, check your internet connection, and make sure the app is up to date. If many other people are reporting the same problem, Suno itself is probably having an outage and you need to wait.
How do I report a problem with Suno?
Use the "I have a problem" button at the top of this page and pick what is not working. Reports are anonymous. They help other people see right away if Suno is down for everyone.
How does IsDownUS decide if Suno is down?
We count problem reports from users every 15 minutes and compare the last hour with what is normal for that time of day over the past week. A small rise shows "Possible problems". Many more reports than normal show "Problems detected". The status is based on user reports only and is not official information from Suno.
Why won't my Suno song generate?
Suno may stop a song from generating if it includes well-known artists' names, copyrighted or trademarked terms, slurs or other inappropriate content. Change the prompt or lyrics and try again.

Songs are Link Only by default. They are in your Library and workspace, and appear on your profile only after you switch them to Public.
