- Sign out and back in
This fixes expired sessions. If you sign in with your company account (SSO), try the sign-in page again.
- Clear cache or use a private window
Old files in the browser can break the page after an update.
- Turn off extensions and VPN
Ad blockers, privacy extensions and company VPNs or firewalls can block the app.
- Update the desktop app
Old versions can stop connecting after a server change.

About Talkie
Talkie is a mobile app for chatting and role-playing with AI characters, including voice chats and collectible cards. People mostly use the Talkie app on iPhone and Android and can create and share their own characters. Problems usually show up as characters not replying, chats or memories that do not load, or trouble signing in.

Is Talkie down right now?
No. Right now there are no widespread problems with Talkie. If it is not working for you, the problem is probably on your side. See "Is it just me?" above.
Why isn't Talkie working for me?
Most problems are local. Restart the app or device, check your internet connection, and make sure the app is up to date. If many other people are reporting the same problem, Talkie itself is probably having an outage and you need to wait.
How do I report a problem with Talkie?
Use the "I have a problem" button at the top of this page and pick what is not working. Reports are anonymous. They help other people see right away if Talkie is down for everyone.
