The usual range comes from the same time of day over the last 4 weeks. Each report is counted once per person per 30 minutes. The status is based on what users report; it is not official information from the service. We update it on every page view. For ukg.com we also run our own automated checks: if two checks in a row fail, the page shows problems even without reports. Our methodology
About UKG
UKG is HR, payroll and timekeeping software formed from Kronos and Ultimate Software, used by many large employers. Employees use the UKG Pro and UKG Ready apps and websites, and older Kronos systems, to clock in, see schedules and pay stubs and request time off. Problems usually show up as login errors, time clocks not recording punches or schedules that do not load.

Is UKG down right now?
No. Right now there are no widespread problems with UKG. If it is not working for you, the problem is probably on your side. See "Is it just me?" above.
Why isn't UKG working for me?
Most problems are local. Restart the app or device, check your internet connection, and make sure the app is up to date. If many other people are reporting the same problem, UKG itself is probably having an outage and you need to wait.
How do I report a problem with UKG?
Use the "I have a problem" button at the top of this page and pick what is not working. Reports are anonymous. They help other people see right away if UKG is down for everyone.
How does IsDownUS decide if UKG is down?
We count problem reports from users every 15 minutes and compare the last hour with what is normal for that time of day over the past week. A small rise shows "Possible problems". Many more reports than normal show "Problems detected". The status is based on user reports only and is not official information from UKG.
Can UKG reset my password or give me my Company ID?
No. UKG does not hold your organization's server name, Company ID or website address. Your employer manages them and can reset your password; contact your supervisor, manager or HR.
