About Philips Hue
Philips Hue is a smart lighting system of bulbs, light strips, fixtures and accessories controlled through a Hue Bridge or Bluetooth. People control lights, scenes and automations in the Hue app on phones and with Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple Home. Problems usually show up as lights showing unreachable, the bridge going offline or remote access and voice control not working.

No. Right now there are no widespread problems with Philips Hue. If it is not working for you, the problem is probably on your side. See "Is it just me?" above.
Why isn't Philips Hue working for me?
Most problems are local. Restart the app or device, check your internet connection, and make sure the app is up to date. If many other people are reporting the same problem, Philips Hue itself is probably having an outage and you need to wait.
How do I report a problem with Philips Hue?
Use the "I have a problem" button at the top of this page and pick what is not working. Reports are anonymous. They help other people see right away if Philips Hue is down for everyone.
How does IsDownUS decide if Philips Hue is down?
We count problem reports from users every 15 minutes and compare the last hour with what is normal for that time of day over the past week. A small rise shows "Possible problems". Why isn't the third light on my Hue Bridge on?
The third light shows the Bridge is connected to Hue's internet services. If it is off, the Bridge can reach your router but not the internet, so away-from-home and voice control stop working.
