Error 104 means you hit the limit of streams at once. Sign out of NFL+ on other devices to free one up.
- Sign out and clear your browser cache
If a game shows only a spinning circle, sign out of NFL+, clear your browser cache and relaunch the browser.
- Watch live games on a phone or tablet
NFL+ shows live local and national games on phones and tablets only, so live games do not play on a TV or computer.

About NFL+
NFL+ is the NFL's own streaming subscription for live local and primetime games on phones and tablets, plus game replays and NFL Network on the Premium plan. People watch in the NFL app on phones, tablets and TVs, and on the NFL website. Problems usually show up as live games that do not load, blackouts based on location, or trouble signing in during game time.

Is NFL+ down right now?
No. Right now there are no widespread problems with NFL+. If it is not working for you, the problem is probably on your side. See "Is it just me?" above.
Why isn't NFL+ working for me?
Most problems are local. Restart the app or device, check your internet connection, and make sure the app is up to date. If many other people are reporting the same problem, NFL+ itself is probably having an outage and you need to wait.
How do I report a problem with NFL+?
Use the "I have a problem" button at the top of this page and pick what is not working. Reports are anonymous. They help other people see right away if NFL+ is down for everyone.
How does IsDownUS decide if NFL+ is down?
We count problem reports from users every 15 minutes and compare the last hour with what is normal for that time of day over the past week. A small rise shows "Possible problems". Many more reports than normal show "Problems detected". The status is based on user reports only and is not official information from NFL+.
Why can't I watch a live game on NFL+?
NFL+ only streams live local and nationally televised games, and only on phones and tablets. Out-of-market Sunday afternoon games are not included. If a game you should get only spins, sign out, clear your cache and relaunch.
