About Afterpay
Afterpay is a buy now, pay later service that splits a purchase into four payments, owned by Block, the company behind Cash App. Shoppers use it at checkout online and in stores and manage payments in the Afterpay app and website. Problems usually show up as orders that are declined, payments that do not go through or trouble logging in.

Is Afterpay down right now?
No. Right now there are no widespread problems with Afterpay. If it is not working for you, the problem is probably on your side. See "Is it just me?" above.
Why isn't Afterpay working for me?
Most problems are local. Restart the app or device, check your internet connection, and make sure the app is up to date. If many other people are reporting the same problem, Afterpay itself is probably having an outage and you need to wait.
How do I report a problem with Afterpay?
