Spectrum was working fine yesterday till this morning till my area had a short black out when the power came back on the wifi came back but the Internet is not working Right it's hyper slow or not responding especially YouTube why can't spectrum fix there Internet and keep running smoothly

Unplug the modem and router for a minute or two, plug in the modem first, then the router, and wait for the lights.
- Fiber: do not touch the modem
Spectrum fiber customers should not unplug cables at the back of the fiber modem.
