Internet outages for the past several weeks at least every other day, mostly between hours of 11AM and 5PM. Sometimes for a few minutes, sometimes off and on for hours, like today. Spectrum customer service has said there are no outages in my area, that it's maintenance, that they're replacing cables in my area until January, and that my modem must be old.

In My Spectrum, open Services. If equipment shows Connection Issue, tap it and restart it.
- Coax: modem first
Unplug the modem and router for a minute or two, plug in the modem first, then the router, and wait for the lights.
- Fiber: do not touch the modem
Spectrum fiber customers should not unplug cables at the back of the fiber modem.
