I haven't been able to work from home the last 3 weekends because Spectrum internet has been down which means I can't connect to the server located in our Tampa office (33610). This has been an an ongoing issue and I will be looking for another provider first thing Monday morning.

- Restart from the app
In My Spectrum, open Services. If equipment shows Connection Issue, tap it and restart it.
- Coax: modem first
Unplug the modem and router for a minute or two, plug in the modem first, then the router, and wait for the lights.
- Fiber: do not touch the modem
Spectrum fiber customers should not unplug cables at the back of the fiber modem.
